How to say yes more
"Saying yes more made me a more relaxed and spontaneous person."
How I did it: When my gut instinct told me not to do something because I was too worried or scared, I took the risks. I discovered that my anxiety can be overridden by my love for adrenaline, that hanging out with total strangers is often more fun than hanging out with your own friends, and that there is a little justification and leg room behind any act of risk.
Lessons & tips: Just go out on the limb. When you want to crawl into your shell, grin and bear it and do the opposite instead. It feels amazing!
