How I did it: I bought a 10-pack detox patches from Sprouts.  It's called Inner Health Sole Pads.  I've used 6 of them while the others I shared with my aunt and uncle.  I used them every night alternating my right and left foot.  I did see the the pads are soaked every morning.  It's still hard to believe that toxins are in there because we didn't have it analyzed.  I didn't feel anything significant in my body.
