How to start a one-liner journal and maintain it for a month
How I did it: I always have problems continuing journals. I made this one-liner journal work for me for an entire month, and it was a great way to get off my chest all those things that were eating at me, but I think my friends were getting sick of hearing. I think I had about 100 entries by the end of the month. After that, I just stopped needing the journal as much, and so I let it organically fade from my routine. I've shelved it and haven't read it for a few months... I'll be really excited to go back and look it over! This summer, I will be moving to a brand new city where I know absolutely no one, so I think the ol' black book will probably resurface around then...
Lessons & tips: Take the book with you EVERYWHERE. You never know when a thought will strike you.
