How to get enough sleep
"I made a schedule in Excel and stuck to it no matter what."
How I did it:
I've always had problems going to bed "on time" sometimes there was a tv show I really wanted to see, others was just that extra 5 minutes online that turned into 2 hours.
One day I decided!
I stopped postponing going to bed every night. This became easier when I setted a specific hour to go to bed for myself.
Lessons & tips: After just two weeks I felt with more energy in the morning and started to get up early in the weekends also.
