How I did it: If you are a runner, they tell you that soda is poison. I have a lot of willpower concerning types of food. Like I will not under any circumstance eat meat. I may splurge on that movie theater butter popcorn because they don't say it is bad. Poison just tells my body NO! Even if I reeeeeaaaaaallllly want it.

Lessons & tips: Don't give it up cold turkey, unless you have stone cold willpower, it ain't happenin. Start with a specific type, and keep on narrowing it down. (i.e. no cola, then no cola and root beer, then, etc...)
