How I did it: It took forever to get a reservation. About 9 months once I set my mind to it. This is a luxury and an indulgence and it was interesting to experience the chef's menu. The intricate attention to detail of the preparation was second to none. Tiny delicate gnocchis, oh and the morels! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the flavors of each food were there to be celebrated.   The service was attentive but not pretentious.

Lessons & tips: Be sure to go with an appetite. There were a few surprise extra dishes. This is probably going to be one of the costliest meals you will have so save up and then just enjoy.

Resources: Go with a willingness to spend a pretty penny to try foods and food combinations that are expert and delicious and leisurely.
