Good Job! It was a good experience eventhough I did sort of lose the plot at the end here.
How I did it: I used two websites which provided a daily focus on a particular aspect of living and working towards peace and nonviolence in the world.
The emphasis is very much on your own individual behaviour and attitudes. There is no need to join groups or make noticeable changes to your lifestyle: it is about how you personally think and behave.
Each day offered food for thought and reflection and made suggestions of positive action you might take. Generally I did not follow these suggestions specifically but used the daily writings to consider my own life and reflect.
The practice of looking at one specific area at a time helped me to clarify my thinking.
