How I did it: OK this might sound pathetic but I try and time myself how long I am online for. I only allow myself a certain amount of time online everyday. That way I can still get stuff done and enjoy life because sometimes I will look up after being online and an hour just flew by!

its recommended we limit childrens time on line on watching tv, thus its probaby good for us too!

I’m awful with the amount of time I spend online because I use my phone’s browser and I can bring it EVERYWHERE with me-so I’m on all the time, unfortunately.
That’s a great idea to time yourself!! Now you have more time in your day C=
Between 43T, Facebook, Myspace, random surfing, researching answers to stupid questions on Google-It’s bad for me!

I’m online a lot too. When I’m not mindful of the time, I spend endless hours online, and it’s sad because I have dial-up so things take forever to load and I miss all kinds of phone calls. So I commend you for choosing to spend your time living life.
