How I did it: I actually ended up reaching my ultimate goal weight of 125. I was really careful about what I ate and made sure that I had all the proper nutrients by taking a multivitamin and some fish oil every day. I also got some form of exercise everyday - from running to walking the dogs to yoga and pilates. The 20-30 minutes made a difference.
Lessons & tips: I think the best tip I can give is to try to avoid sugar (and by that I mean the white processed junk) as much as possible. Read labels. It's amazing how much more clearly I think and how quickly the weight comes off from making choices like getting the plain soy milk instead of the vanilla.
