How I did it: I began to accept my shortcomings as well as others. I also started to remove the people or things that were toxic to my well being from my life. And last, but not least, I learned to say thank you for all the things that make me feel good, no matter how tiny they are, and for all the bad things that have somehow lead me to the good I am experiencing today.
