How to gain 5 lbs

How I did it: Started at the end of last year, when my girlfriend suggested that I join the gym. Went down to a place called Max Muscle in West Hartford. Talked to guy at the desk there. Got me two gigantic tubes of Iso-Extreme. Took a lot of time to get the weight back on. For the final burst, started eating and extra bacon egg and cheese sandwich in the morning.
