How to lose 10 pounds

How I did it: One day I decided that's it. I'm going to lose some of these extra inches. I started at 158lbs and I am down to 136lbs. So I started eating healthy and exercising. I cut out a lot of dairy because it is extremely fattening. When I cut the dairy I dropped 5 lbs in 2 weeks. My meals consisted of protein and veggies. I never counted calories but I did check the calories on food I purchased.
Lessons & tips: Never give up! Even when you hit a plateau. I lost a total of 22lbs!
