How to celebrate my 5th year with 43T by Lisa

"A long and beautiful journey..."

How I did it: I joined in the middle of the night, used a name I wasn't sure I liked but was about a Chinese princess I just read about in a wonderful book.  Someone from New Zealand immediately started cheering and encouraging me.  She became a friend.  Someone else from Australia made me laugh, cheered me on, showed me incredible depth of compassion, amazed me.  He left.  I disappeared for awhile, came back...  found that friendships had formed, people had met up in person, a couple people got married.  I stayed.  Left again, came back, etc.  Now this is a home for me, and some of you are like family, and some of you are people I even see in person on a regular basis.  43t is now intrinsic to my life.  I love it; maybe even need it.  Many kindred spirits here.  I had no idea when I first joined and am now very grateful.  Thank you, Robots!
