How to stop drinking pop
"Im much healthier, plus everything tastes 40x better without the sugary pops."
How I did it: I just, didn't drink it for about a week. I drank some yummy V8 juice, vitamin waters, tea, ext.
Since they don't offer it at school, that makes it all the more great.
Lessons & tips: As much as youd hate to, hide/throw away the pops in your fridge.
Then, you can focus on drinking other things. Apple juice is really good, orange flavored v8 juice (mmmm), or anything else you like.
