How I did it: DH and I learned a few signs and we keep repeating them. Now my son signs More, All Done, Milk, and Eat.  I haven't really been pushing others, because he has a lot of words as well and communication has been going pretty well.

Lessons & tips: Just keep repeating your signs, even if you don't think your child is getting it.

Resources: Baby Sign Language book.  (I think it's the complete idiot's guide, but I'm not sure. I borrowed it from daycare.)
