How to do 10 minutes of pilates everyday
"10 minutes a day"
How I did it: Made a dvd a while ago with 3 workouts:
-10 min abs
-10 min legs slimmer toner
-20 min total body pilates
I already knew I liked the instructor, so every day this month I commited at least 10 minutes.

Make sure that the exercise isn't too challenging or you'll dread it or quit halfway through.
It was also really convenient to just put in the DVD. Pilates doesn't require any equipment, towards the end I got out a mat but most of the time I just laid on the floor.
