How I did it: I did extra chores around the house and charged my parents for it. I set up a lemonade stand, I did yard work, bake sales, yard sales, and went around to each house selling cookies. I tried my hardest to earn more money.

Lessons & tips: If you see a dollar or a penny on the street, take it! If there has been a dollar sitting on the counter for weeks, and no one has claimed it, take it! Open a little buisness and make money. Work extra hours or harder if you have a job.
