How to sport (at least once) every week
"Finally, I took the courage to go horseback riding again, and I love it more than ever. After the first time all my muscles ached, but I could also dwell on the experience for weeks."
How I did it: I thought of all the sports I could do, and with whom. I made a list, and marked the sports I liked best. I hadn't been on a horse since seven years, so that appealed to me. Finally I went with a friend who wanted to take up horseback riding again, and she already found a location where to do it. I immediately liked the idea and after a few weeks I went with her. I think its good to go with friends and do something you really like: those two things will keep you going, and help you to sport every week (even when the pain in your muscles is killing you from a too abrupt first time sporting)
