How to get over shyness
How I did it: I got over shyness primarily by going to therapy to understand some of my issues. I also made a conscious choice and effort to focus more on others instead of myself. Lastly, I worked and continue to work on my self-esteem so that I don't feel so judged and self-conscious about myself.
