How to heal by ~ Julie ~

"I hate to admit and say it, that time does heal most wounds at least wounds of the heart. "

How I did it: I am considering this goal complete. The tearful days are not so many as they were when this all had happened. I am still a bit sad, but know it will get better. Thank you all who had been there for me. You mean the world to me!!

I am glad

that I was feeling up to consider this goal complete. I wouldn’t say that I am completely healed. I a bit more hopeful for the future. I am still a bit sad, but know it is temporary. Time for me to find those new adventures and opportunities.

that you are able to see that this is just temporary and that the happier times will return, are returning… You have been through a hard time recently and you have dealt with it with courage. I’m happy for you that the other side is now in view… :)

ahhh I do realize that its temporary

but when your in the middle of it all, you can not see a thing. I am a bit more hopeful than I have been. I still feel I am in the middle of it and hope to see the view soon.

it’s so HARD to stay in that moment when life runs away with us~ but if we can take one moment to appreciate where we’ve been….and then to appreciate where all others have been…it is quite profound…

It is hard to remember when life hits you hard to take it moment by moment or even to lift you head to be able to recognizing anything. I am a firm believer that our experiences make us who we are today. I know in my own circumstance that it is just a stepping stone to something better, I can see that more every day.
I thank you for your kind words. I am just being honest with myself and how I feel which is what I share with everyone here.

Sorry to hear your sad too. This heartache that I went through was a tough one. Your right about time does heal, but most time when your in the middle of it you really don’t believe it.

Time does heal most wounds.All anyone can do is take it one day at a time and then you magically reach that point. I think keeping busy and trying to stay positive helps.
