Like I say, just eating fruit and veg when you feel like you need to snack is good. Drinking lots of water rather than anything else helped me too I think.
I’ve been told it’s normal to put some weight back on once you start losing some, so don’t worry too much if that happens. Mine fluctuated a little each day, but not a massive amount.
A half hour to an hour of light to moderate excercise (jogging/yoga, even sports fitness video games sometimes helped) probably helped out a lot as well.
