How to convert to Uberman's sleep schedule

How I did it: I went as far with trying to achieve this goal as I could. I'm the kind of guy who has to try everything out for him self but at the end of the day sleeping every 4 hours for 20 minutes is just not for me.All the same I've had alot of fun while doing this.Side effects: hallucinations (not really side effects)
Lessons & tips: Make sure you have at least one week where you have some time to your self.Tell your friends and family. They will support you.
