How to improve as a human being
"Breathe deeply, contemplate first and express compassion often"
How I did it: 1. I read the Book Working with Emotional Intelligence and implemented several key improvements.
2. I read books on breathing and implemented the techniques and practice them daily and especially when I feel negative stress.
3. I slowed down. I did stop to smell the roses, and the tulips and examine the trees and watch the skies with the passing clouds. I make a point of doing these things daily.
4. I move more. Practice Karate with the idea of simply improving daily.
5. I learned about foods from Dr. Joel Fuhrman (author of Eat to Live), and Dr. Kessler (The End of Overeating) and others and implemented the knowledge.
