How I did it: I saw my manager keep a bottle of water and drink water from it all day. I started doing the same as well. Within no time I was addicted to it. The best part is it shows up on you. :)
Lessons & tips:
- Keep a bottle of water next to you.
- Dont drink more than 3 or 4 bottles a day.
- Drink atleast 1 - 2 glasses of water before / after having a meal.
- Dont drink water just before falling asleep.
- Drink cold water if you can, it burns more calories.
- Always carry a water bottle around.
- Make a bet with a collegue.
- Flavor your water - honey, lime, tea. :).
- The way your bottle / glass looks also makes it more interesting.
- When you have a craving to have a bite, first have a glass of water.
