How to finish college

How I did it: I spent 2 years at a community college...took extra classes each semester and went to summer school. Then I applied for a transfer agreement with a participating University and was guaranteed admission. Took extra classes and summer school at the University and within a year and a half graduated with my B.A. So the total time it took to complete my degree was 3.5 years!
Lessons & tips: Take the general degree requirements first to get them out of the way until you know exactly what you want to study. Don't just listen to the guidance counselors. Do your own research and figure out what classes you need to take to get to where you want to be.
