How to lose 80 lbs
"I feel like a million bucks!"
How I did it: Exercised three to four days a week, danced, danced and danced! Planned my meals. Cheated at times, but immediately got back on track. Never ever give up! Also, I weighed myself daily. (This might not work for some, but I needed a daily reminder). I was a size 22, now I am a 12. I'm Extremely shapely now! ;)
