I totally appreciate that. I haven’t been on 43T in soo long but really writing down my progress here helped. I wanted to share with you too that I’ve recently been listening to Paul McKenna’s “I Can Make You Thin” podcast and although it might sound crazy I was around 118 for a few months and am back down to about 113. I’d like to reach 105 as my ultimate weight. I also joined a gym this past summer and LOVE it, it was the best investment I’ve made in myself. I also listen to a podcast called Inside Out Weight Loss (you can google it if you’d like). Both of those resources really helped me. :) Good luck and thanks again!
