How I did it: Firstly, withhold your number on your mobile. (In case he turns out to be more of a freak than you are.) Best do this while still totally sober.
Secondly, drink half a bottle of baileys to pluck up the dutch courage.
Thirdly, drunk dial, slur your words and talk shite for 10 mins.

Lessons & tips: Don't drink baileys as it contains cream and your mouth gets all salivery so you can't pronounce words properly. (or was that the effects of the alcohol?)
