How I did it: I had to stop trying to really do it. It happened while i was with "my kids" - my students- in Africa. They were never afraid to show what they were feeling, thinking, whatever. I love that when I look at their pictures, they aren't hiding anything. It's all there :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: For as long as I can remember I've wanted to go to Africa, so I started saving up my money and looking for different opportunitites to be able to go. THrough dfiferent connections i was able to find a "host" home in a convent in a tiny village in the middle of nowhere, central Uganda. So I spent 6 weeks there living with the nuns, and working as a teacher and as a nurse. Back here in the states i'm a CNA, so i put those skills to use and … Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, when my boyfriend found out that I had to set 3 alarms (literally) to actually wake myself up in the morning, he started calling me when it was time to wake up. So every morning I would wake up to the sound of his ringer, then answer my phone and the first voice I hear is his. Which makes it worth getting up. Now my alarm is set to the same ringtone, so even on the days he can't call, when it goes off i wake up and actually get… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Wow, wow, wow. I never thought I would be able to feel this way again. But every once in a while, in the middle of real life, love hands us a fairy tale. How I did it: Well, I was sitting at home with some friends while we were watching movies, and I decided to start writing the notes, seeing as the movie was pretty boring. It entertained me for quite a while, and once the movie was over I showed my friends all the notes saying things like "You're beautiful!" and "Have a great day!" and "You are amazing!" We then went on to take a road trip through town, stopping at random places and going into the bath… Read how I did it…
