How I did it: I was visiting my parents and my Mom suggested we go to a cooking class at the local kitchen store. I jumped at the chance, especially since it was free. It was put on by a local chef and he was fantastic. He demoed how to throw a meal together that is quick, easy, and delicious, plus he had a great personality so we all had a great time.
