How I did it: i did this in home ec, and used the sewing project to get a badge in girl scouts. my mother helped me with this. in her youth she apprenticed under a master seamstress and had this skill that because of her workaholism wasnt utilized very much. we bonded over this project and i really appreciated the time we spent together. i loved the skirt that we created as a result and to this day still feel the accomplishment of it.. :) Read how I did it…
