How I did it: I would like to keep this up. I have been able to worry less. Specifically I have been able to have less anxiety about silly things. For the big deals I have been able to put my fears aside and just keep moving forward hoping for the best and trying to see what i can do to make things better.Worrying less has benefited my relationships with others and I feel much less drained much of the time.I also feel physically healthier.
