How I did it: At age fifty I've never in my life been a runner. And I've had surgeries on both knees due to bashing injuries, which left my knees injury-prone. This makes me think: If I can do it, so can you! I did my C25K training on a treadmill, where it was easy to track minutes and miles. I never used an app or podcast. Sometimes I used post-it notes to help me remember times. Working out on the treadmill was a good opportunity for meditation and… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just remember (lol) that what you can 'manifest' in life is only limited by whatever old magazines, travel brochures, and glossy junk mail you happen to have lying about...:) Read how I did it…

How I did it: After dreaming of making heart-shaped ravioli and then enjoying delicious portobello ravioli at Olive Garden, I knew it was finally time to make my own pasta. I made vermicelli, linguine, and fettuccine. The last of my dough would not extrude through the machine, so I rolled (something I had to throw some weight into) then cut it into heart shapes to fill for yummy one-of-a-kind ravioli. How I did it: One month of dedicated foot care transformed my feet. To my surprise there are no more cracks or monster callouses and my feet are actually pretty! Twice per week I soaked then scrubbed my heels with a pumice stone and gritty exfoliating scrub, similar to St. Ives Apricot Scrub but from the pedicure section of a beauty supply store. And daily I applied Vermont’s Original Bag Balm or another healing cream. The difference in my feet is very… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had my name removed from their member list. So can you. It is okay to not lend the Mormon Church the credibility of using your name to falsely inflate their numbers. Go ahead. Send in that letter like I did and have your name removed. Or do like my husband did and write your name removal request on a little yellow post-it note then hand it personally to the bishop. Either method is effective for getting your name off the Mormon Church's… Read how I did it…
