How I did it: I'd gone to the national student union and asked for advice, and they referred me to their legal adviser, and he suggested that we sue vodafone for ripping me off, so now after forwarding him vodafone's letters, he asked me if i wanna sue or not, and i sent him my answer, with a filled out form requesting financial aid and copies of all the papers proving my financial status. now i'm done with my part for this step, and i'll be waiting fo… Read how I did it…

How I did it: i first googled to find the organizations that like, and then contacted them offering to become a volunteer and attended my first meeting at one of them, and now i'm officially their volunteer, yay :D Read how I did it…
