How I did it: 1. I made friends with all the pioneers, but particularly those who are of my age group (college-age) who have similar circumstances.2. I prayed to Jehovah and did research about others who have pioneered for years.3. I increased my time months in advance to get acclimated to more field service. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I made a promise to God, and I drew comfort from the support of others who struggled with the problem. I spend my days being very, very busy---between working, school and preaching, I hardly have time for anything else. Remaining busy, praying to God and staying away from porn all helped me to finally conquer this addiction. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I stopped sleeping in on Saturdays. I started making friends at other Halls so if I wanted to go out in service with different people, I could. I ordered more magazines. I'm majoring in Nursing, so it's required of me, but I found it to be extremely practical for day to day life anyway. WATCH WHAT YOU EAT AND HOW MUCH; I read somewhere that 75% of weight loss is a good diet. Getting rid of processed and junk foods and just eating stuff with ingredients I can actually pronounce really helped.I try hard to exercise 4 days… Read how I did it…
