How I did it: i searched extensively for DVDs that were not only suitable for my level (and flexibility!) but that were also fun to do. the first one i had was aptly, Basic Yoga for Dummies. i started out with shorter routines (about 20 minutes) and moved onto longer ones soon after. with the Dummies DVD, i liked the instructor so much that i looked her up on the internet (Sara Ivanhoe) and got hold of more of her DVDs.
