How I did it: I just decided that I would rather not drink soda anymore since it is unhealthy and it costs money. So I decided to stop. I had been drinking like a can of Dr. Pepper per day, but once I decided to quit it was really easy. I have a soda every once in a great while, but it really is not even appealing anymore.
