How I did it: After forgetting about this goal, and a very long time, a friend of mine rang me up and suggested I start going to yoga with her. So I've started taking a gentle vinyasa flow class once a week. After all the dithering around at home, going out into the world and taking the class has worked. How I did it: I thought I'd do this myself, but I didn't. Quite glad of it, really, as it's horribly messy. We had someone cover the ceiling with new drywall, the thinnest we could get, and left the walls textured.
