How I did it: We used to have a water cooler at work but had to get rid of it because of budget cuts. So when that happened, I knew I would have to bring all the water I wanted with me from home (I don't buy bottled water anymore; we have a filter on our tap). I carry a 1 L Sigg bottle and a 27 oz Klean Kanteen with me. I drink out of the Klean Kanteen, and then when it is empty, I refill it with water from the Sigg. How I did it: I always carried a book with me. I have always been a voracious reader, and for the past couple of years I use a Moleskine daily planner to keep track of my reading. I can note on which day I begin a book, then take notes as I read on the pages that follow, noting again on which day I finish a book.
