How I did it: Trainers at the door. Gym clothes laid out right were I would see them as soon as I woke up and I put the alarm clock next to the clothes so I have to get up and turn the clock off, which means once I'm up might as well get dressed and go. Roped my next door neighbour to go with me and this helps, as she'd ring me and i'd ring her if we were late which is a great motivator. Helped strength my legs and weight loss was a bonus. How I did it: A complaint free world bracelet helped as it was a visual aid of the goal i had set for myself. It meant learning to slow down my thought process and figure if what I am really complaining about is worth pushing up my blood pressure and getting a tension headache over. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I don't really want to go into this as despite the achievement the victory is a little hollow. I am me, I accept who I am and I have fought hard to be seen, heard and respected by my family members. However, it has meant that some family members I have had to cut out of my life to achieve being the authentic person I believe I came to be and this is why despite my happiness, it is with a slight sour taste as it is sad I had to… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Every morning, which took awhile to perfect but once I did, i was up at 6 every morning and stretching for 15 min, I built up to 30min. How I did it: I had to take a long hard look at how my people pleasing was impacting on my life, in particular my health. I spent so much time catering to others that i had no time to myself or to cater to my needs. My health suffered, my relationships suffered and i became resentful, which actual negates the act of helping. I decided i needed to learn to stop people pleasing. It was really hard, as I had a real fear of saying n… Read how I did it…
