How I did it: I just decided one day to drink more water. That's pretty much it! Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Not small glasses, the longer ones. It's not too hard...and don't worry if you're a little under. You'll need to pee a lot of your body gets used to it after a few days. How I did it: All I did was put on some nail biting stuff (the stuff that tastes vile) on for a few days, and then you just get into the habit of not putting your fingers in your mouth.It has taken me numerous attempts not to go back to biting them after I've stopped using the nail biting stuff but this time I did it and I haven't (really) bitten them for at least 3 months.Put on strengthener and nail polish too, it will help you from biting them.
