So I have been working really hard to get 7-8 hours of sleep for about the last month now, and I feel amazing!!!
I love sleeping for 8 hours, waking up feeling freshed and ready for the day ahead of me. I consider this goal completed now, as I feel confident that I will continue this sleep pattern to the very best of my abilities.

This goal, to me, is very important to achieve!! That is because I will not be able to achieve a lot of my other goals unless I start to get more sleep. Its hard to get up in the morning and eat healthy & exercise, and put effort into your appearance when you have only had 6 hours of sleep! Also, sleep is extremely important to one’s health as well and I am really trying very hard to become as healthy as possible. So this goal begins tonight!! I’ll see if I can do this for a week, and write another entry about this then.
