I have quite a tendancy to pretend that nothing bad affects me, and then let it all pour out in one big, horrible mess. I really want to be able to sit down and talk out the bad things as they happen, so I don’t have to torment myself in this manner, but I need my happy front since I haven’t the capability to love freely as of now.
