been getting decent nights sleep lately and waking up early in the mornings.

my sleeping success is because i am using a 25 minute sleep hypnotism mp3 that i listen to at night. im not so sure about the hypnotism side of things but it gets me in a relaxed state and i fall asleep easily and i am happy about that. and i will continue to use it as a aide and eventually i will try to see how it goes with out it, hopefuly my insomnia i will be cured via hypnotism. i am up a bit late tonight but it is saturday night so it is ok, but i will go to bed soon…

i am tryying to go to bed at 10pm each night. ideally i would like to go to bed at 8pm, but lets not run before we can walk.
it is however 1030pm right now and i have already missed my curfew, so i better go to bed!

i have been doing this the last couple of nights and boy do i feel awesome! and i have been waking up earlier too!

this is great! the goal is to be in bed by 10 but usually i go at 11pm but it is still a improvement on 12pm/1am.

if i can get this right, and wake up earlier duriong the week, then i may take up jogging in the mornings, we shall see

am struggling with this one. even as i write right now, i should be sleeping!

this along with my other 2 vices (smoking and bad food habits) is seriously affecting my health, on so many levels.

need to work on this one too.
