find balance between career ambition and nuturing my family

We’ve found a way to make it happen! Hubby is going back to school-in 2 years I’ll be able to stay home with my kids!!!

I’ve been with my current employer for a little over 1 year. I have found a home in a start up business. I’ve learned a lot about parts of my personality (good and bad)that I didn’t realize were a part of me (I’m ambitious, competitive, and like to be boss). I have a family that includes my husband, my son (2 yrs), and I am 4 1/2 months pregnant. I feel the limits my career puts on being close to my family-time, stress, pressure…I also feel huge self-inflicted expectations about preforming well at work and being a successful bread winner. I want to find balance between work and family that creates an environment of success and nurtures both.
