because I kept waking up with pain.
I think it’s food allergies and senstivities.
Dr. agrees and I’m to go back on my clean eating – it’s not a diet or a lifestyle, it’s eating the nutrition that my body needs while eliminating the foods that my body deosn’t like.
as I woke up in the middle of the night with chronic pain.
First I had to breathe and stop my thoughts from going to work stressors.
Then I had to meditate to ease my pain.
meditated outside today at lunch time. I sat on a bench and focussed on my breathing and every time my mind wandered I brought it back.
I also meditated focussing on the word Ease. I stared at the same window for a long time, a bench, and sometimes I mindfully allowed the construction noises to come in and out of my consciousness.
And the sun gloriously shone down on me. :)
I even meditated at the bus stop this week.

The challenge is the new puppy. She can be disruptive, so I have to do it when she’s napping, like after a long walk perhaps. I’ll work on making the time. All I need is 20 minutes.
