What kind of meditation do you do? I ask because…
I took a free two-night meditation class last month, and it wasn’t what I expected. It was more mantra meditation – Japa, Kirtan etc, whereas I am looking more for breathing and mind-quietening meditation. I struggled to turn my mind off with the mantras.
So I have been playing around with some guided meditation videos on YouTube and have found a few that I really like, so I am going to try to practice each day at work (I work in a library so it’s easy to find a quiet spot).
