Don’t get me wrong… I can DO nice, and I choose polite over rude most of the time, but tact has always been purely a learned skill for me, never a natural talent…
I’ve waged war on my inner bitch for the past ten years & have finally concluded that while random rages and personal insults are never a good idea, the occasional well-placed, mater-of-fact expression of dissatisfaction can get perfectly acceptable results… So while I do believe it’s true that one catches more flies with honey, sometimes a big stinky pile of poo works just fine too…
