Start my seedlings for my garden by end of Feb 08

I have a big yard with lots of space to plants flower and vegetable gardens. I do not have the money to go and buy plants, so I try to grow most of them from seed. Every year I keep telling myself I am going to get them started no later than the end of February but before I know it, it is April or May before I am really knee deep into it. Every year I keep promising myself I will do it earlier the next year. I want this year to be that ‘next year.’
