Dish cloth in the square!

I hear cloth is a term reserved for cotton and wool pertains to a fabric but what difference does it make? Personally, I think wool is ideal for dish cloths because of it’s notorious scratchy texture.

There really is only one way to find out.
To the yarn chest!

Nearly Finished : Dish Towel

The body of the pattern is done. I tied off with a leaf and button loop.

When I make the time, I’ll finish off the edging with a straight crochet and possibly add decorative looping along side the longest edges.

Looking matters square in the face.

Today the trim.

It’s rather plain and small without edging. There are so many choices and equally different knotting styles other than crochet or knitting. At least I’ve narrowed the selection down.

One more thing I need that I have been doing without.

Tea towel.

It’s nearly done!

Today, I worked very hard to finish the last row on the tea towel I’ve been crocheting. Tomorrow, the edging!
